To Our Valued Patients:

Our team members will be abiding by all required and currently recommended infection control protocols. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow these agencies so we remain up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued, to ensure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agency’s recommendations. We have been training and preparing our office for the past few weeks to safely treat our patients.

Our office will look a little different, but with the same friendly faces under our masks ready to welcome you!

We pride ourselves on having the cleanest environment for our staff and patients.  As a result, we’ve implemented the following changes in our office:

  • We have strategically placed HVAC medical-grade HEPA filters throughout our office.

  • We have installed medical-grade air purifiers with HyperHepa filtration in all patient treatment rooms keeping air quality 99.9% clean.

  • Our team will be wearing masks and face shields, along with other personal protective equipment (PPE), following CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

  • If patients arrive with a companion or another family member, we ask that they stay in their car while waiting. Parents of older children will also be asked to wait in their car to minimize the number of people in the office.

  • Parents and patients (3 years and older) will be asked to wear face coverings in the office.

New Protocol in Welcoming Our Patients:

  1. We strongly recommend that you bring your own face covering and jacket in case you get cold.

  2. Upon arrival, please call our front desk staff and kindly wait in your car until we are ready for you.

  3. You will be greeted and checked in by a staff member.

  4. Your check-in procedure will include hand sanitizing, health screening and checking your oxygen level and temperature.

  5. Upon entering, you will be asked to use our shoe disinfection mat.

  6. Then, you will be escorted to your own room that has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

  7. You will be asked to remove your face covering, you will then be given a pre-procedural mouthrinse and your blood pressure will be taken.

  8. Once seated, your providers will come to you wearing the proper PPE and other precautionary facial coverings.

  9. Lastly, smile and get comfortable because we are smiling back at you behind our masks, as we are happy that we are able to serve you again.

When your visit is over, you will be asked to put your face covering back on.

Once again, we thank you for your trust and understanding. We hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.
